Residential care is the provision of accommodation and support for people who can no longer live at home. Some people require low levels of care, whilst others may require higher levels of continuous nursing care.
At Sunnyside Lutheran Retirement Village, we can care for 75 residents in our residential care facility, Trinity Manor. Our entry level to accommodation is for those who have been assessed as requiring low level care, and we provide ongoing care ‘Ageing In Place’ for as long as care needs are able to be met.
Quality of life and excellence in care, for all residents, is our primary focus. In July 2012 Sunnyside Lutheran Retirement Village, once again, achieved full accreditation from the Australia Aged Care Quality Agency. Sunnyside Lutheran Retirement Village is dedicated to its residents and staff and will continuously strive to improve the standards of lifestyle and care.
Entry to Residential Care accommodation is subject to an assessment being undertaken by the Government Aged Care Assessment Team. For more information about eligibility, contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or contact your health care provider.
